This is the 1st of several to be released customised Hannibals
Carthaginian Sacred Band helmets.

The Sacred Band should be noted as histories 1st Elite Special Forces and
were feared by all.  In the case of the Greek Theban Sacred Band they were
paired off lovers~ this was to ensure they wouldn't desert their post. The
colour White for Carthage signified death and the Sacred Band would be
recognised from a distance by friend and foe alike.
This customised 18 ga  helmet has an antique gold finish with a blonde
plume.

This is my new shield that I had commissioned "DSC" to make for me.   It's GREAT!  
38" in diameter & a 5" deep bowl. Made with Brass, Wood and linen.   If you want it
done right,  my advice to you is to buy from DSC, but only if you want a museum
quality shield.  I see a very good future for DSC!

'PHILOCTETESof THESSALY`leather Armour

This outfit will suit medium to large builds, is fully
adjustable at the sides with lacing. Handcrafted
using layered distressed pigskin seued hides and
cow skin. The symbolism of the ARROW AND
HORSE SHOE MEDALION at top center is the
poison arrow used by PHILOCTETES to kill PARIS,
THE GORGAN`S HEAD at midsection symbolises
MEDUSA`S( THE GORGAN`S ) craft as an archer
with ,MYTHICAL UNICORN`S adorning the studded
shoulder straps that are also adjustable with pewter
concho`s.Heavily studded this outfit features a full
double leather fringed skirting . Measurements are
as follows:`main body armour is 92cms from
shoulder to tip of studded full skirting with a width
of 52cms across the front and back not including
lace adjustments.  This listing will soon be updated
with matching greaves and vambrae!!! Nothing
much more I can add to this so I will leave it to the
pictures. This outfit was created as part of the
heroes of Troy series.

These guys seem to have it all and also have the dedicated reenactor in mine.  
Accurate and Museum quality items!  I so wish that I knew about them when I started.  
I could have saved a heck of a lot of money by doing it right the first time!  So far I
have bought a Aspis, I have a pair of their greaves coming and the next item I'll be
buying from them will be another helmet.  This is the only place I buy from now! (doc)
