ANCIENT SOUP RECIPE

SOYPS  
Fish soup (for 10 plates)

Ingredients:

300gr.        Scorpion fish, washed, boiled, scaled.
300gr.         Swordfish, washed, boiled, scaled.
300gr.        Sea breaw, washed, boiled, scaled.
20        No2 shrimps, boiled.
20        Mussels, boiled.
100gr.         Fresh onions, trimmed and chopped.
200gr.        Celery, trimmed and chopped.
100gr.         Dry onions, chopped.
100gr.         Olive oil.
30gr.        Citron.

Preparation:

1.        Boil all the fish.
